Sarah Borg

Sarah lives in Sydney, Australia with her husband and four children. She is a self confessed coffee addict and dressing gown loving homebody. Sarah loves spending her free time chilling with her family, her dog Frankie and guinea pigs, Brooks and Booker! Before she started her mission to promote motherhood self-care, Sarah completed a Bachelor Degree in Primary Education from The University of Western Sydney. She has spent the last 20 years teaching young children while building a family of her own. Through her work as a teacher, she has developed a love for Positive Psychology and the need for mothers to achieve a healthy work/life balance. In 2021, during the extended lock downs due to Covid, Sarah began her Podcast called “Mama Vibes”. Her mission was to normalise the challenges of motherhood by interviewing celebrity and influential mothers. This was a game changer! It allowed her to connect with all types of mothers and openly talk about the struggles everyone faces, despite their social status. Lock down also gave Sarah the opportunity to study and become a Self-Care Coach, allowing her to connect on a more personal level with mothers who are struggling with developing self care routines in their lives.
