1 Would you like to create some new exciting goals and a plan?

2 What is it you would really like to be doing?

3 You may like to answer the above question for each area of your life eg business, family, health, finances etc

4 Identify one answer from above to focus on and write that in your journal as your new exciting goal to bring to reality.

5  Lets add some detail to your goal –  

For a goal to come into reality it needs to be at the front of your mind – are you happy to commit to writing your goal out every day for the next 30 days as well as your why?

  • When you would you like to achieve this goal by eg 3 month, 6 months, 5 years
  • How many people will this impact (Approximately) ?
  • Do you need to learn any new skills ?
  • What skills do you have that will help you with this goal?

6 WHY is this goal important to you ?– write down all the reasons why  eg so I will have more  energy, feel more relaxed, be more effective in all my relationships with my family at work etc.

7  For a goal to come into reality it needs to be at the front of your mind – are you happy to commit to writing your goal out every day for the next 30 days as well as your why?
